If you have to use this vest, you have gone way to far and something is immensely wrong with your security analysis!

This vest MUST be used with respective hard armour ballistic plates (Kevlar) covering the chest and the back. These hard armour plates MUST be ordered separately, please check for PSAFJACKBP4 (bulletproof jacket) CERAMIC PLATE level IV and the respective helmets PSAFHELMB3L BALLISTIC HELMET (NIJ, level IIIA) size L (check also different sizes)

Fit

The vest is costumed designed with an option to add MSF logo velcro badges (these badges must be separately ordered). The lining is made of 3D mesh material for ventilation and comfort. The soft armour panels are removable.

Function

Protecting front, back, sides, collar and groin.

Protection according to STANAG 2920. This is a ballistic test method for personal armour materials and combat clothing used to measure materials ability to stop fragments and shrapnel whose performance is measured by a V50 value.

The V50 (Velocity 50% or mean velocity) is the average of the velocities recorded for six fair impacts consisting of the three lowest velocities for complete penetration and the three highest velocities for partial penetration, provided the spread is not greater than 40 metres/second.
