Instructions for use

  • For the preparation of stock solutions and working solutions, refer to Tuberculosis Culture Laboratory, MSF-ITM, 2014.
  • The drug working solution is added to the medium during preparation (agar or LJ) or prior to inoculation (MGIT broth tubes).

Storage

  • Recommended storage temperature: -20°C
  • Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place
  • Avoid exposure and formation of dust and aerosols. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed.
  • Shelf life: 24 months
  • Transport in cold chain conditions
  • DEEP FREEZE storage at reception
