Instructions for use

Dissolve in distilled water then add to sodium phosphate solution, in the amount necessary to reach the pH required by the procedure.

Autoclave the mixture before use.

Storage

  • Store at room temperature between +15ºC and +25°C in a closed container.
  • Phosphate buffer solution can be stored at room temperature, but refrigeration is preferable.
  • Use potective equipment fo the eyes
  • Manipulate with gloves

Reagent necessary to prepare phosphate buffer pH 7.0, used to prepare antibiotics stock solutions for Thin Layer Agar technique, and phosphate buffer pH 6.8 used to neutralize soda after decontamination procedure.
