Form

Test tubes with culture media for bacteriological analysis.

Most Probable Number (MPN) quantification system: for ONE water analysis, sample 5 or 10 tubes depending on the required precision.

Fit

Add the sampling water into the tube and incubate them at 35°C ± 0,5°C for 24 hours.

After this incubation period, read results:

  • no color = negative
  • yellow = total coliform
  • fluorescent yellow color = E. coli

Function

Colilert test simultaneously detects and quantifies total coliforms and Escherichia coli, with results in 24 hours
