Instructions for use
The granules of this formulation are not delayed-release.
Mix the contents of the sachet with 100 ml of water.
Must be taken with food to limit gastrointestinal disturbances.
PAS sodium 5.52 g is supplied in a box of 25 sachets.
PAS acid and PAS Sodium are not equivalent, nor interchangeable (5.52 g PAS sodium is equivalent to 4 g PAS acid).
Precautions for Use
PAS often causes gastrointestinal disturbances and can decrease the absorption of other TB drugs.
