Instructions for use

To be used with a fluorescent microscope (see related articles below).

Kit sufficient for 60-65 preparations.

In routine laboratory after good quality staining is established, switch to home made auramine with auramine O and potassium permanganate which is much cheaper than using this ready to use kit.

Storage

  • Protected from humidity
  • Keep container tightly closed
  • Reagents that had been removed from the packing carton should be stored in the dark.
  • Temperature between 15º and 30ºC
  • Do not store together with oxidizing and acidic materials
