Function
Waybills are compulsory to accompany each and every shipment to and between missions in MSF. It indicates the number of boxes and must be dated and signed by the expeditor, the transporter and the receiver. One copy remains at the location of departure, while the white sheet is kept at the reception site. The second copy is sent back as a confirmation of good reception. Can be printed locally if following the specifications.
