JOINER flexible riser pipe, bronze, 65mm, 2.5"

Form

65mm or 2.5" Boreline coupling made out of bronze, comprise of a coupling body and four outer fastening rings.

The coupling body is grooved on both end and male threaded on the other. The rings are divided into three equal parts.

Fit

Two Ø 65mm flat pipes fit into the rain ends of the coupling body. The rings are tightened by the top.

Function

Used to repair the Boreline if it is damaged in any way or to extend the length of the installation.

Attaching the Boreline fitting and riser to the pump:

  • Make sure the ends of the riser are cut square.
  • Push the hose over the fitting body
    Note: Do not use lubricant. (Dipping the end of the Boreline in hot water)
  • Fit the first ring, with the three segments, into the groove closest to the threaded end of the fitting body. Tighten all three screws evenly, ensuring the gaps between the segments are even.
  • Fit the second ring into the second groove, positioning the gaps off-centre to the gaps of the first ring. Tighten the rings as explained above.
