Indications

Raltegravir is no longer first-line Integrase Strand Transfer Inhibitor (INSTI) per WHO guidelines.

Dolutegravir is the preferred option as component of third-line Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) regimens in ART-experienced HIV patients.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use combinations of 3 or 4 antiretroviral medicines.

Dolutegravir 10 mg or 50 mg tablets are preferred.
