Instructions for use

The nanostation M5 has a range of 10 km in theory with no obstacles but in real life things are different. Make sure there is no big obstacle between your sites and put the nanostation as high as possible (on radio tower i.e.) and no more than “5 km” away from each other. If you want the maximum bandwidth between your sites, upgrade to the latest firmware

To see if you are able to use it (especially if you are quite far) check on the website

http://www.ubnt.com/airlink/ (Google earth plug in needed).

Precautions for Use

Once activated, do not stay too close for a long time as those antennas are quiet powerful.
