The Inoculation System 'Prompt' consists of a calibrated inoculation tip and a bottle of distilled water with pluronic (30ml)

The Inoculation System is used to standardize inocula for microdilution in antimicrobial susceptibility tests.

Provides the microbiologist with a method for obtaining a 0.5 McFarland turbidity standard.

Precautions for Use

All biological samples must be considered as potentially infectious and handled with the usual precautions (compulsory wearing of gloves, hand washing, ...)

Storage

  • Units should be stored at 2°C-27°C
  • Shelf life: 18 months
  • Guaranteed minimum remaining shelf life at delivery: 1/3 of total shelf life
