ADAPTER COUPLING electrofusion/threaded, PE, Ø 32mm-1", male

Form

Straight PE (polyethylene) coupling, with a electro fusion fitting diameter 32mm on one side and a threaded male coupling 1" on the other. Per piece.

Fit

To weld to a 32mm diameter PE pipe on one side and a 1"female threaded connection on the other.

Requires the use of an electro welding machine.

Thread fibers or Teflon tape must be used on the male fitting.

    Function

    To perform HDPE welding.

    • Scrape the polyethylene pipe, clean it with a specific product and this over the entire surface of the HDPE pipe.
    • Connect the HDPE welding machine to the fitting.
    • Allow the HDPE pipe to cool by leaving the positioners for the entire cooling period (this period depends on the diameter of the pipe).
