MSF requirements

Type of bed for neonatal services where babies are with mothers but cannot bed with them e.g. maternity critical care unit.

For services like KMC (Kangaroo Mother Care) where the mother beds with the baby and provides continuous skin to skin care it may not be ordered.

For the neonatal ICU, delivery room or operating theatre we recommend the neonatal ICU bed with collapsible walls (see related articles).
