Board game created by a team of MSFers from all horizons.
It's available in 1 box , 33 cm x 22,5 cm x 5 cm.
1 box contains 3 games. When you order 1 box you can play with 3 teams from 6 to 8 people.
Each game is in 2 languages : French and English.
It can be played during 30', 1h and 1h30 depending of the goal and the availability of the participants.
It's very user friendly, intuitive, and adaptable.
Fit
For MSF personnel who works every day in a multicultural environment.
Can be organized as a “stand alone” activity, or during a training course, for an associative event, or just to spend a nice informal moment with colleagues.
Function
The game objective is to know yourself better and understand each other to work better together. Make staff aware of intercultural questions.
It will guide you to address together 12 topics such as daily live, communication, team work, health, environment, humor, time perception, education. It aims at opening up discussions related to diversity.
