Instructions for use

Winged set

Device intended for difficult veins and newborn children.

The procedure to be followed is the same as for the needles.

Tube holder

The tube holder must be cleaned and disinfected between each patient with a 0.5% detergent-disinfectant solution for medical equipment (i.e. 25 ml = 1 stroke of dosing pump for 5 litres water).

In case of viral haemorrhagic fever, the holder is strictly for single use!

Shelf life

Waste management

Immediately after use, dispose of the soiled needle into a container for the disposal of sharps waste. Get rid of in a sharps pit.

MSF requirements

The tube holder with needle ejector allows dropping the needle into a sharps container without handling it.
