Definition
Portable petrol, gasoil and kerosene operating burner, with pressure reservoir, used for heating water in steam autoclaves intended for sterilization.
For security reasons, MSF has suppressed the petrol and naphtha nozzle.

Instructions for use
Intended for pressure cookers type autoclaves. Not suitable for the 90 litres autoclave (see specific burners mentioned in related articles).
Precautions for Use
The use of pressure fuel can cause severe accidents: fires, burns, explosions. Provide a fire extinguisher or a sand bucket near by.
Maintenance
Clean the nozzle, each 20 utilisations, using the iron wire supplied with in the maintenance bag.
Refer tot the maintenance instructions.
MSF requirements
The tank capacity (+/- 900 ml) is sufficient for 3 full sterilization cycles for the 24 and 39 litres autoclaves.
Security and reliability: this burner offers good heating power, with very low fire risk.
Expensive but efficient alternative to the kerosene burner.
