Instructions for use
- For the preparation of stock solutions and working solutions, refer to Tuberculosis Culture Laboratory, MSF-ITM, 2014.
- The drug working solution is added to the medium during preparation (agar or LJ) or prior to inoculation (MGIT broth tubes).
Storage
- Recommended storage temperature: -20°C
- Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place
- Avoid exposure and formation of dust and aerosols. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed.
