ANTI-POLLUTION CHECK VALVE, brass, Ø1"½, MxF threaded

Form

Anti-pollution brass check valve ​with two purge buttons in the centre. Threaded 1"1/2 female on one end and male on the other. Per piece.

Fit

To be connected to 1"1/2 female couplings on one end and male on the other.

To ensure a leakage-free assembly on the male thread the use of threading fibres or teflon tape is required.

Function

  • The anti-pollution check valve is interposed between a network and the source supplying this network. It is designed to only allow water to flow in one direction.
  • The anti-pollution check valve differs from a simple non-return valve in that it must be approved "anti-pollution" by the health authorities. A difference must therefore be made to comply with regulatory standards.
  • The arrow on the side indicates the direction that the valve allows liquids to flow towards.
  • Purge buttons for checking valve tightness.
