Form

The MH20 Shelter System is an octagonal-shaped portable shelter designed for rapid assembly and high stability. It features a reinforced extruded tubular aluminium frame made from aircraft-grade 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminium, anodized to 10 microns for durability. The shelter includes full-height vertical interior walls, a folding aluminium frame double door, and a heavy-duty integral vinyl floor system. The shelter includes four standard windows. The MH20 Shelter System is designed to be easily assembled by 2-3 trained individuals without tools in under 15 minutes. It provides a total area of 26 square meters and can accommodate 4-5 hospital beds or 8-10 double-deck beds. The shelter's dimensions are 6.0 meters in diameter from corner to corner, 5.6 meters in width from flat edge to flat edge, with a vertical wall height of 1.8 meters, and a peak height of 3.1 meters. The fully insulated shelter weighs 220 kilograms.

Fit

The shelter is packaged in nine heavy-duty vinyl field bags for easy transport.

Accessory options such as insulated cover sets, electrical light and wiring harness sets, air conditioning, exhaust fans, HEPA air filtration systems, pressure control systems, portable water storage bladders, grey water storage bladders, power supply (diesel generator), and water/sand anchor bladder kits.

The MH20 Shelter System is designed for various field applications, including sleeping accommodations, medical operations, command and control centers, communications, and project administration. It offers superior thermal insulation for extreme temperatures and is waterproof with high-frequency welded seams that meet NFPA 701 fire retardant specifications.
